Raj did a great job helping us buy the car and getting a great price for it. We had no hassles and did not interact with the dealer, until all was confirmed. After negotiating a great price, at the deal signing, the dealer had added on the Paint Protection charge which we had earlier said we did not want. They said it was already on the car and could not come off. I was almost ready to give in, but Raj was so firm, good thing I kept quiet. Raj would not let them go until they removed the ~$1600 charge. Then they had not charged the hybrid vehicle battery, so could not deliver on the same day. It was an opportunity for Raj to strike again - he got the window tint added for free (another $1000 item). After the car was charged up, it required a factory software update, which could not be done at home. So this caused another delay. The dealer promised the vehicle on the next day, but the shop was struggling to load the software. This became another opportunity for Raj to strike again, we got a free spare tire and floor mat for the trunk for our long trips. Raj is clearly on our side and the dealer gave us a lot of discounts and free stuff thanks to Raj. I am never buying another car without Raj on my side.
